Question by sobusy: How much do you think your toddler “costs” you each day (or month) ?
Include everything you think of :diapers,food,electricity,water bill, and calculate either each day or each month.

A lot!! but I don’t care how much they cost. I have never tried to figure it out. However, the biggest cost is diapers/wipes…. seems like $100/ month! with two in diapers, but I’m not really sure. Even kids clothes are surprisingly expensive and I buy almost everything from Target/Walmart. Kids are expensive, if you can’t afford them, then wait until you can afford them and not worry about how much they cost per day.

It depends on what they need that month (clothes, beds, toys etc.) Some months it may be 100-150 other months like when he needs a bed and new clothes it could be in the thousands. I would average it out at $250-$350 for a normal month

I’m a young mom so i still live with my mom but i take care of all his needs(not including house and utilities) but i spend $80 a month on. We have food stamps so i don’t pay for his food either. I wish I had more money to spend on him for toys, he has to settle with garage sale toys. But I do buy all his clothes new. sorry i guess that doesnt help much.
