Infants (Six Weeks to 1 Year) :: Our infant centers have been developed for maximum efficiency, security and safety. Toys are sterilized daily and altering tables are sterilized after every diaper is changed. Altering tables always face out so that caregivers in no way have their back to the babies. A thirteen step diaper changing process is strictly adhered to. In a warm and nurturing environment, our babies are cuddled, rocked and played with by cautiously chosen caregivers. Each and every caregiver is dressed in clean, colorful hospital scrubs. For the protection of every baby, we do not permit street shoes and each adult should sanitize their hands just before entering our infant center. Your baby will have a personal crib and cubbie exactly where clothing, bedding, food and bottles can be stored away from other children. Nursing mothers are able to nurse on the center premises in a clean private location comfortably seated in a glider. Play is based on exploration, stimulation and sensory. Music plays a big part in this adorable nursery. Your baby will be in a really particular spot, because following all, your baby deserves a particular place, like The Understanding Encounter.
